HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ORDER:
You have 5 days to return your order for any defects you may find on the item. We will refund your item 100% or exchange it for a new one.
DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN MY ORDER:
No, as long as you are returning within the 5 day return period due to a defect on our product. After you request a return within this time frame and it is approved you will receive prepaid return label at no cost to you. Should you choose the wrong size, we can exchange it for you, but you must pay for the shipping to return item. Any other returns or exchanges will mean the buyer will pay for shipping.
Please note, we do not refund any products that are not in the condition it was received: new, unused, with tags.
We DO NOT take responsibility for any damages that may occur after wear and wash by customer or the 5 day return period. Items that are sent out have been thoroughly inspected by our team to make sure they have no defects or issues.
**On special occassions, we may send you a one-time replacement on items that have been severely damaged after wear and use by customer due to garment malfunctions. Please send us an email with a picture to let us know if your item becomes damaged beyond normal wear and tear.**
