RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
We hope you love each product you purchase from us, but in case there is any reason you don’t, we offer refunds and exchanges. All International purchases are FINAL.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ORDER:
You have 7 days to return your order. We will refund your item or exchange it for a new one as long as it is in new and unused condition.
RIGHT SIZE GUARANTEE:
Should you choose the wrong size, we will gladly exchange it for you. Please leave us a message below letting us know you’d like to exchange a product. We will send you a pre-paid return label to the email you provide and ship you out your correct size once the incorrect product has shipped to us. PLEASE ADD YOUR ORDER NUMBER NEXT TO YOUR NAME ON THE SHIPPING LABEL.
DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN MY ORDER:
As long as you are returning within the 7-day return period (due to a defect on our product) we will pay for your return shipping. After you request a return within this time frame and it is approved you will receive prepaid return label at no cost to you.
ALL OTHER RETURNS:
WE DO NOT refund any products that are not in the condition it was received: new, unused, with tags.
If you would like to return a product instead of exchanging for any other reason besides a defect, we will gladly give you a return, minus the price for shipping.
We DO NOT take responsibility for any damages that may occur from natural wear & tear by customer past the 7-day return period. Items that are sent out have been thoroughly inspected by our team to make sure they have no defects or issues. Should you feel that any defects after the 7-day period are beyond natural wear & tear, let us know.
**On special occassions, we may send you a one-time replacement on items that have been severely damaged after wear and use by customer due to garment malfunctions. Please send us an email with a picture to let us know if your item becomes damaged beyond normal wear and tear.**
