Reyna is a visionary and a creative at heart. She founded Barbells and Pizza in 2019 and has continued to make it thrive ever since then. She is also the founder of  Renewed Faith Bible studies, Editor-in-Chief of Renewed Faith Magazine, and she helps women become the leaders they were created to be through the Building Radiance Women in Leadership Discipleship course, and lastly she helps marriages become strong in Christ, along with her husband, through Building Radiant Marriages, a quarterly marriage builder date night that helps couples put to work Biblical truth to create a beautiful, radiant marriage. Her love and passion for entrepreneurship and her faith is passionately showcased in every aspect of her life.

Reyna was born and raised in Houston, TX. She is an Army Veteran and an Army wife. She is a first generation college student and a daughter of an entrepreneur. 
In 2014 she graduated cum laude honors with a Fashion Design and Product Development Honors Degree from the College of Business at Missouri State University. In 2019 she graduated with a Masters in Management and Marketing degree with Cum Laude Honors from Harvard University. She is now currently working on her doctorate inTheology.

She is married to 25-year Army Veteran, Bobby Lay, and they have three spunky kids together. Together they founded UNICO Church, where they pastor and disciple a community of believers with an Acts 2 model.
