Refund policy

WE OFFER FREE DOMESTIC RETURNS ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

• Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product
• Product must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in the condition it was received, with tags on, and in original packaging
• All sale items and international orders are final (you may exchange a sale item or receive store credit)
• Return is provided with the shipping fee deducted from the refund after 2 exchanges or returns for same product
• We reserve the right to adjust a return if the item is not received in the original condition

We DO NOT take responsibility for any damages that may occur from natural wear & tear by customer past the 7-day return period. Items that are sent out have been thoroughly inspected by our team to make sure they have no defects or issues. Should you feel that any defects after the 7-day period are beyond natural wear & tear, let us know.

**On special occassions, we may send you a one-time replacement on items that have been severely damaged after wear and use by customer due to garment malfunctions. Please send us an email with a picture to let us know if your item becomes damaged beyond normal wear and tear.**
